因為作息的關係,現在下班之後不太能讓我在家做比較動態的運動
好死不死最近對瑜珈又有點膩了,想要換個可以比較明顯感覺到有流汗的運動
游泳是因為時間因素不考慮,也不考慮"一個人"一大早或晚上走來走去
於是乎~歪腦筋動到了 X-bike 上 :P
但是因為本身容易膝蓋痛和腰痛,
兩~三天一次/每次半小時,不知道適不適合
如果還是不行,可能還是得乖乖回去做老人瑜珈了 orz
