在下有時去聽課或是出門, 需要把筆電帶出來
但是筆電超重, 其實很不想帶
請問應該要鍛鍊那個部位的肌群
出門有需要背筆電時, 會感覺輕鬆一點?
做伏地挺身有用嗎?
