早餐:奶昔加2000CC的茶
午餐:家裡有什麼吃什麼下午還要喝2000CC的水
晚餐:奶昔
日常作息時間:11:30左右睡覺
生活型態:一般大學生
減肥方式:用很貴很貴的直銷產品

用賀寶芙減了兩個禮拜都快要餓死了
每天都只能吃這些東西
水果還都只能吃APPLE,KIWI,芭樂,大蕃茄這樣而已
但是兩個禮拜後我再去跟我的""教練""討論
和量體重
體重也才減一點點點點點點(0.5= =)
體脂不減反增了0.7
