請問跑半圈走半圈 - 健身

暑假期間 日夜顛倒 一天三餐 甚至四餐
不小心胖了5kg~10kg 目前80?!(體重機有點不準)
小弟 近日開始運動
但是往往不能跑滿一圈 (200~300m)
都跑半圈 走半圈
飲食則是 有吃早餐 一杯豆漿+漢堡(蛋+漢堡肉+些許番茄醬)
中餐 ~ 晚餐 則是喝水止餓 (因為想要胃變小點)
晚餐 則是正常吃
不知道為什麼現在不論幾點睡 都會6點多就爬起來
但是還蠻有精神的...
跑步時 我都跑到不能在跑 才開始走
跑了又走 走了又跑 有用嗎?
我也很想 一路跑到底
或許要循序漸進
因為心跳很快 ~~~~~~~~~
