體重:82
BMI: 26.8
體脂率: 30%

三餐內容
早餐:早餐店的三明治或蘿蔔糕 + 飲料
午餐:自行帶便當(白飯約半碗, 家常菜) + 水果(芭樂或蘋果或水梨)
晚餐:公司外解決(拉麵或炒飯或便當)
其他:盡量不喝有糖飲料, 早餐的飲料會喝 一天飲水約1200c.c
日常作息時間:約1點半睡~8點半起床~工作大約到10.11點下班
生活型態: 上班族
運動習慣:週一到週五下班會在家騎X-Bike~一次騎40分鐘(心跳100-110)
問題陳述:
我想請問我這樣的模式ok嗎?
不論是飲食方面或是運動量方面!!
我這樣已經實行2週了~~至今似乎體重和體脂都沒有變化
請問是因為兩週還不會有效果嗎?還是我的運動菜單需要調整呢?
因為平常上班比較忙~運動時間比較少
不過上班時我會以爬樓梯取代電梯(9F)
另外, 之前有去量過基代~~是16xx卡
麻煩各位大大指教~謝謝^^~~~好想回到65kg唷~~xdxd
