減肥兼健身 - 健身

想請問男生減肥跟健身(練肌肉線條) 如何並行?
本身想繼續減肥 BMI不符標準 現在67公斤 想瘦到62公斤
所以一直有在有氧 但我同時想練肌肉(線條那種)
下班回來頂多有氧30分鐘就很累 無法再重訓
有比較好的建議嗎? 另外飲食上 少吃可以減重 但這樣會不會肌肉就出不來呢
