請問這樣的熱量 - 美體

我 158 體重約48.多
早餐: 培根蛋土司+起司 (不加美乃滋&蕃茄醬)
加上city cafe 大杯無糖拿鐵
中餐: 牛肉湯餃(8顆水餃) 湯大概喝1/4~1/3左右
想請問大家
這樣的熱量大概多少呢??
一直都覺得早餐可以吃得很好野 所以都不會太限制自己
不過突然發現 湯餃熱量好像有點小高
再吃晚餐 熱量會不會就爆表了??
