我現在平均 每週運動5~6天
但是每次都大概30分鐘的游泳or跳繩
或者一小時的瑜珈
雖然我幾乎每天運動 但時間都不長
每次運動大部分都有流汗 心跳>100
請問這樣可以有效降低體脂肪嗎
我身高162 體重48 但我體脂肪28~~>"<
