請問這種機器要怎麼做才有效? - 健身

最近家裡附近的健身房出現一台這種機器
不像新的,或許是有健身房因為疫情倒掉他們去收的吧
看標示是針對腹肌的,原理應該像坐式仰臥起坐(?)
我好奇用過,感覺比一般仰臥起坐好的地方在於不會因為肚子沒力就用脖子去出力
可以把力量全部運用在肚子上
像我這種核心不夠強的,仰臥起坐椅到後來都等於在練脖子而不是肚子
只是我昨天從最輕的槓片做到我有負擔的重量(印象是38kg,再上去就彎不下了)
每一組30~50下,一組做完就往下加重,總計大約200下
我也驚呆了以為自己天生神力,因為我仰臥起坐頂多30下一組,約100下就GG了
而且到大概60下以後就變成用脖子在偷吃步
做的期間感覺肚子也沒什麼負擔,好像都是不斷彎腰、挺起罷了
今天肚子的肌肉也不會像一般做完仰臥起坐的隔天會酸痛
照這樣來看我100%是做錯了
請問這個機器有什麼訣竅嗎?還是說我只是做不夠多次
