先說 我知道沒有局部減肥這種東西
但是我低碳飲食+健身房2個月半 大概瘦四公斤 雖然身形明顯變小 但是手臂還是瘦的很
慢(基因問題QQ)
家人建議下我開始嘗試針灸打算死馬當活馬醫(因為針灸可針對手臂加強)
目前照這個菜單吃

早餐:兩顆蛋+黑咖啡
午餐晚餐都是一份蛋白質(一隻雞腿或兩隻排骨)+一大碗青菜
肚子餓時吃芭樂跟奇異果
運動菜單:一天飛輪+有氧各一堂 一個禮拜六天 再增加2-3堂肌力訓練 暫時不考慮重訓
是因為我是高脂高肌人 想先減脂
根據Apple watch的統計一週大概消耗5000-6000卡路里
我的疑問是 上述飲食是否可以達到生酮效果?我知道這樣吃油脂應該不夠,我可以作怎
樣的調整呢?請各位大大好心建議,謝謝!
