各位好 小弟每天有跑步的習慣 目前是21km 2hr10多分 到了假日會在午餐後騎訓練台到1000卡以上 約2hr30min上下
小弟想請問是否建議跑完步後休息吃個早餐然後直接騎訓練台上1000卡 這樣消耗熱量會比早上下午分開有差別嗎?順便一提 早上跑步前是不吃早餐因爲時間太早
