我是女生,體脂高達29,想認真開始鍛煉身材,但是對於我們沒上過健身房的人,重訓真
的很難入門呀!
所以我買了教練課,無奈教練好像不喜歡教我器材,上課就是仰臥起坐,伏地挺身、棒式
,(我從沒上過教練課,請問這樣是常態嗎?)
我覺得好像直接去上健身房開的團體課程還比較方便耶,至少不用求人,所以想問問大家
,那種課程有哪些是屬於重訓的呢?桿鈴算嗎?謝謝唷
