請問關於深蹲時核心鬆掉 - 健身

各位巨巨晚安
最近深蹲卡了一段時間,想了想應該就是核心不穩定造成的。
我的困擾是每當吸飽氣後,往下蹲,臀部往後放時,
就會感覺腹部被拉長,然後整個核心鬆掉。
小重量都還可以,但是每當到6下的正式組,幾乎沒有一下是能穩定核心好好做的,
請問巨巨,我這樣有辦法能改善嗎?
