請問關於游泳時的續航力 - 減肥

小弟游泳雖然不是新手 但"游長泳減肥"就是新手了
由於慢跑時總是無法克服心臟痛的毛病 最後選擇麻煩一點的游泳減肥
游泳雖然好容易累 但心臟卻很沒事 不知為何
問題是 手臂很容易無力 自由式游一游就變成像在水上掙扎(亂揮拍水= =")
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
(打羽球、提重物時就不會感覺自己手很虛呀= =")
請問 游泳減肥通常會怎麼"安排"游程 或體力呢?
比如說 前X趟先蛙 中X趟自由 後X趟.....之類的
感覺要持續游的話 是不是會有個安排 一般人剛下水也不會挑蝶式衝吧
或是我該先練練手臂增加肌耐力 避免續航力不足 游完又酸很久之類的
向各位請教這個經驗式的技巧 可能沒有標準答案
