這樣的菜單和運動可以一星期瘦一公斤嗎? - 減肥

飲食:
早餐-全麥土司一片+白煮蛋+無糖豆漿(or牛奶一杯)
午餐-一般的便當只吃1/2(青菜全吃,肉只吃幾口,其他配菜也只吃一點)
晚餐-全麥土司一片+兩樣水果(蘋果+芭樂 or 蘋果+小蕃茄)
ps:每天喝水約1500cc,有時候下午三點會再多吃ㄧ樣水果
運動:
每天走跑步機40分鐘
請問以上這樣的減肥方式有可能一星期瘦一公斤嗎?
是否營養會不夠呢?不想因為減肥而吃的不營養....
所以是否還否增加什麼呢?
