大家好,小弟身高體重176/78。本身有運動習慣,一週約莫運動三到四天。四天前開始透
過飲食控制及運動開始減肥。
這幾天的菜單幾乎都大同小異
早餐:一顆蘋果+有跟香蕉+一顆白煮蛋+一杯全脂牛奶
午餐:一顆蘋果+一罐無糖豆漿+一顆茶葉蛋
晚餐:一份沙拉+和風醬+白煮瘦肉片沾醬油約12片,一片大約三個50元硬幣大
用網路上的公式概算自已的基代約莫是1885,不過今天仔細算了一下,這幾天似乎都沒吃
到基代。想請大家幫我修改一下菜單。
