整個很不安
很怕不動會一直變胖
想請各位幫我看一下午晚餐吃的量是否可以。
早餐:兩塊蘿蔔糕or玉米蛋餅or火腿蛋餅
午餐:十穀飯(100g) + 筍子 +丁香魚豆干+水煮蛋(共142g)
晚餐:十穀飯(100g) + 筍子 +雞胸肉(共156g)
每天一定會喝一杯拿鐵+無糖豆漿600CC
