看到原PO的疑問我也有點困惑,
我目前採用的是跳鄭多燕每天跳,一個禮拜會有3天跳兩次,
每天仰臥起坐50下,側抬腿後抬腿各50下,
早餐幾乎都吃便利商店御飯糰+無糖優酪乳,
中餐晚餐沒有固定,但是都以飯菜肉為主,
這樣的情況維持1個星期,大約紮實的瘦了3KG,
但是之後是不是應該換換方式,比如改跳別的外加跑步呢?
