請幫我看看我的菜單 - 減肥

各位好,小弟目前84公斤、169公分,
之前去康是美測得體指率大約25%,基代大概1716。
目前減肥大概也才快一個月,每天幾乎都會去跑步跟重訓。
但是我對於我飲食方面有些問題,均衡飲食及節制是沒問題,
只是總覺得熱量吃不到我的基代,因必須外食吃太多又怕太油。
以下為我每日的菜單,請各位幫我看看需要改進的地方。
=========================================================
早:鮪魚蛋三明治or火腿蛋三明治(有時會多加一片白吐司補充澱粉)、
脫脂牛奶一杯(400cc左右)、芭樂或蘋果一顆
午:去自助餐買雞胸肉(去皮)、蔬菜兩到三分(基本上配滿一個小餐盒)、
芭樂或蘋果一顆
晚:青菜湯或者青菜一份or水果一份
另外我去重訓及跑步前都會去7-11買一顆茶葉蛋只吃蛋白,補充蛋白質。
