我有印象在澎湖板看過你要回去教書的文..
我以前也在離島代課過四年..七美和將軍...
看你說只有兩間只賣泡麵和罐頭的雜貨店..是比我以前慘多了...
花嶼還是鳥嶼嗎??
當老師其實還挺耗體力的(授課都站著的話)..加上你的基代有1800..
所以我看你吃的應該是不太需要做更動..免得體力不支...
不過澎湖傳統上很多人炒菜是加糖的...油也加挺多的..
可能要稍微注意一下下..
現在快要可以游泳了..游泳是非常好的有氧..多多運用吧!!
不然就去健走..澎湖各離島的環島公路都建得不錯..空氣又好..又不常下雨..
這會比登階更適合十字韌帶受傷的人!!
我以前都是夏天下午游泳加浮潛..冬天走環島公路健走..
狂吃之下還是不會胖!!!回台灣四年就胖20kg了.....
