三餐內容
早餐:白吐司一片 荷包蛋一顆 微糖豆漿200ml+燕麥
午餐:飯和麵 要不就便當...
晚餐:喝湯跟水果 或是煎個豆腐
其他:白天會喝綠茶 水比較少喝@@
日常作息時間:
晚上大概12點半睡 早上7點起床 中午會小睡大約1~2小時
生活型態:大四學生
運動習慣:
現在建立每隔兩天去台大操場或是新體運動。每次運動都有達到30分鐘以上,
但是遇到期中期末就會暫停兩個禮拜@@" 因為要忙考試....
平常讀書讀累了會做伸展操
我的問題:
我去跑學校操場的時候,發現我的腳不太能夠負荷跑步的重量,膝蓋變得有點脆弱,
現在改成健走似乎比較好一點,但是我健走的速度不知道要怎樣到達流汗然後心跳130
的情況,我不太喜歡游泳,一來我皮膚不太能讓我常常游泳,而且我不太會游(重點)
主要是我想瘦下半身,然後線條好看一點@@"
持續現在一個禮拜....體重維持不變 囧>
我想做有氧運動,但希望不要傷膝蓋....那我是不是改到新體重訓去踩個滑步機之類的,
或是做重量訓練呢?
目標想減個5~6公斤 :P
