我自己排的套餐 吃飯+運動
早餐 燕麥一份+配方奶一杯 OR 燕麥一份+無糖豆漿+(X能)酵素包
午餐或晚餐 選一餐正常飲食 以青菜為主的便當 +(X王)酵素包
如果這中間餓了 選擇奶昔或大豆棒 補充飽足感
(說真的那味道吃了噁心到飽了=.= 草莓...藍莓...柳橙...囧 )
若是睡前餓的話 我選擇川燙青菜 用一點點的炒手代替鹽巴不知道好嗎
另外每天一顆營養保健 我怕營養不夠 ...
下班後 18:00
星期一 有氧 星期二 有氧 星期三瑜珈 星期四 休兵 星期五 有氧 星期六瑜珈
若是還有體力會再游泳...上述運動時間都是約一小時
不過...這些都是我一直以來的功課(3個月以上)... 我體重都沒有瘦過
請問問題出在哪裡呢?
目前就是73 74 來回 我身高163 囧
額外每週有埋線 (我覺得沒用...)
我只能說 我越來越有肌肉很結實 可是我不要阿 我要瘦啦...
請幫幫我吧...
