請推薦我有氧運動 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好
我自己目前運動的方向是
10分鐘簡單跑步暖身>重訓(約0.5~1小時)>有氧30分鐘(通常是跑步)
問題來了
每次遇到練腿的日子(深蹲或硬舉)之後的有氧似乎只剩游泳可以做阿
不然腿練完後實在是已經廢了無法跑步
請問除了游泳之外有甚麼推薦的有氧運動是適合練腿日做的嗎
