目前換成牛奶配高纖綜合穀片&香蕉,吃的很開心!
下禮拜會再試試別的搭配

最進開始積極飲食控制
教練建議我一天要攝取90克蛋白質
請大家幫忙建議適合的早餐(20-30克蛋白質)
目前三餐都是自己準備,
午晚餐的部分比較多變化,也比較容易吃到蛋白質,可是早餐的選擇就少很多了。
目前都吃固定早餐菜單如下:
牛奶麥片一份+希臘優格一份
真的很膩啊...優格都吃到反胃了...
因為我早上有晨跑,收操完吃早餐再盥洗就直接上班了,所以早上沒什麼時間備餐...
請各位推薦美味又營養又快速的早餐選項
