熱狗豆漿半熟蛋
約300卡
中午吃自己弄得雞胸肉配白飯或綠豆汁(汁跟飯擇ㄧ)
約400卡
晚上同午餐
約400卡
這樣吃在配上目前每天慢跑15分快走15分
瘦的效果會明顯嗎
