請教減脂的運動選擇 - 健身

我媽最近發現自己身材有走樣的趨勢,就決定要開始減脂
一方面也是怕自己三高太嚴重,所以我就帶她一起來運動
想請教各位覺得做有氧器材(跑步機or踩飛輪、階梯機)比較有效果
還是讓媽媽去上WG他們的團體課程比較好?
我自己是覺得上團體課程比較適合媽媽,有老師帶感覺也比較不會無聊
但不知道效果會不會比自己做器材好
因此來請教各位覺得哪種方式比較好,謝謝
