小弟實行168斷食已經兩個禮拜多
成效不彰 想上來請教是出了什麼問題
身高168 體重72
早上:睡覺
中午:黑咖啡
下午:水
晚上6~7點開始吃 健康便當 約500卡
自己泡的熱拿鐵
大約晚上10點開始重訓
臥推深蹲硬舉三角三頭二頭肩背腿輪流練
練完大概11點半再吃一頓
大概是吃一顆蛋 花椰菜 卜蜂雞胸肉*1 卜蜂腿排*2
乳清蛋白一份
半夜一點 威士忌150cc
兩三個禮拜過去 數值沒什麼變化
體重也沒什麼變 體脂肪也只降一咪咪
也許是儀器誤差
肌肉量用摸的有感覺變大
但用機器量數值就沒什麼變動
請教有人跟我情形是一樣的嗎?
有人說我是吃太少 但吃太少又練
照理說體重會掉一點點不是嗎..~"~
求解!!
