看過兩种說法
1.二、三頭肌不可以同一天練習,這樣效果就會被抵消掉
2.二、三頭肌要在同一天練習,這樣'腫'得比較快
請問以上那個對?若給初學者呢?
若二、三頭肌不可同一天練...
網絡上看到的課表中,都是
day 1 二頭+背
day 2 三頭+胸
但爲什麽不是
day 1 二頭+胸
day 2 三頭+背 ?
通常練二頭,都不是較會用到上胸肌群嗎?
而三頭肌則是比較連接背部(我的個人理解)
到底哪個才對呢?
