請問晚上重訓後(約10點)的飲食 - 健身

請教各位重訓達人
小弟現在173 63~64, 身形算瘦, 但就是沒我有要的胸肌腹肌明顯, 彎下腰肚子有油
現在下班後約7點到7點半會去重訓, 去吃前只會喝杯鮮奶, 頂多加個御飯團
重訓完洗個澡大概9:30~10:00, 喝完高蛋白, 肚子就餓了
可以吃宵夜嗎? 爬了文知道刺激睡眠跟營養缺一不可
但又看到吃宵夜以後要降體脂練腹肌更麻煩
到底要怎樣才可以"腰束奶砰 (台語)" XD
