平臥的
啞鈴仰臥推舉(Flat Dumbbell Press)
重點鍛鍊部位:胸大肌,輔助肌為三角肌和肱三頭肌
平臥啞鈴飛鳥(Dumbbell bench fly)
重點鍛鍊部位:胸大肌和三角肌
以及
上斜的
上斜啞鈴臥推(Incline Dumbbell Press)
重點鍛鍊部位:胸大肌上胸,其次是前三角肌和肱三頭肌
上斜啞鈴飛鳥(Dumbbell Incline Fly)
重點鍛鍊部位:胸大肌上胸部,其次為三角肌
如果不管三角肌跟肱三頭肌(其他天再練)
單單只看胸肌的話
平臥的就是練胸肌 上斜的就是練上胸
那這樣的話 請問作臥推跟飛鳥會有什麼差別呢?
(精華區裡的胸應該沒有討論這2個動作的不同點
如果我看漏了 請鞭小力點)
話說...這一個星期才開始用啞鈴
昨天飛鳥才做60下而已(平臥 上斜 下斜各20)
今天"二頭"竟然痠了
然後胸部外側跟內側要按下去才覺得痠 唉...
是動作不對 施力不正確
還是單純我太弱
連照著"手肘稍微彎曲"的動作做
二頭都會有反應?
啞鈴重量是家樂福賣的"10P" (遮臉)
請各位前輩指教 謝謝
