置底的肌耐力訓練 - 健身

我是新手
我有個小問題
置底文說肌耐力要練六週
我第一、二週練的時候隔天都會有痠痛的情形
所以我就休息了幾天...等不酸了再去練
現在第三週了
我練一練當下會酸
可是隔天幾乎沒什麼酸痛的感覺...頂多只有一點點無力
所以我就連續練了兩天...今天還是沒什麼酸痛感Q_Q
是我訓練強度太低嗎??
還是說肌耐力的訓練本來就這樣??
p.s.我大概做3組1組約20+-5下
