上半身受傷 - 健身

請問...
小弟因為雙手手腕不是挫傷就拉傷...
右側脖子斜角肌和右肩膀斜方肌也拉傷...
如果只做下半身的重訓有什麼要注意的嘛?
因為做比較大的重量會覺得上半身受傷的地方也跟著痛
應該要怎麼辦才好? 還是只能去跑步?
