健身房一天去兩次, 課表分配問題 - 健身

有看了板上新手教戰守則
其中提到說若有氧與重訓同一天作,先作重訓較佳
因為最近都沒事,加上健身房就在隔壁
所以每天早上晚上都各去一次
是因為要體檢,需要讓BMI漂亮一些
我照置底文的排法
1.早上a.胸.三頭.肩膀
晚上有氧
2.早上b.大腿.小腿.腹部
晚上有氧
3.早上c.背.二頭
晚上有氧
4.重複(1)....
請問這樣子排法會有效率嗎?
還是重訓有氧分天作較有效率?
望各位指教
