繼上次"第一次深蹲"文後一個星期~
今天又來練深蹲囉~
想請問大家一下!
1.
請問大家做深蹲時,大概都是做幾組阿?
有搭配其他腿部訓練時,深蹲比重會佔多少呢?
2.
下背受過傷,
深蹲感覺會有點在"壓"下背,不像硬舉是在"練"的感覺,
這次我加到80kg,就感覺下背開始會怪怪的耶= =
(現在有持續加強練下背)
哭哭那下背好之前我是不是無法練到腿的最大負荷了?
請問有避免吃到下背的辦法嗎?
