其實在正確的動作之下
握推跟飛鳥對於胸肌刺激到的部位應該是相同的吧?
只是差別在給予的強度不同 (孤立 VS 雙關節)
為什麼會有
飛鳥是練線條、握推是練厚的說法呢?
照理來說如果鍛鍊胸肌的那個關節姿勢是一樣的
差別只有刺激的強度不同而已吧?
還是我哪邊觀念沒有釐清得很正確?
