感覺只要運動玩喝太快很容易拉肚子
不用太久大概一兩個小時內就會肚子痛
我沒有乳糖不耐的問題 喝牛奶完全沒問題
有人知道是怎麼回事 該如何解決 該繼續喝乳清蛋白嗎??
