請教體重下不來的原因? - 減肥

基本資料
性別:女
年齡:29
身高:162
體重:62.3
BMI:24
體脂率:21%
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:清漿500cc+全麥吐司一片+一份水果
午餐:有時候早餐吃比較晚會吃兩份水果/潤餅捲+豬肝湯/越式乾拌河粉+燙青菜
晚餐:一份蛋白質(大多數是魚或是雞肉)+兩份青菜+一份水果
其他:本身是多囊性卵巢患者,所以婦產科醫生建議少吃澱粉,所以晚餐不吃澱粉
目前是以中醫調理身體
日常作息時間:家管,本身很愛睡覺,大約晚上12點前躺平
因為都會睡飽才起床,常常早中餐一起吃
生活型態:家管
運動習慣:一周大約跑五天,跑6~8公里不等,約一小時內跑完
我的問題:2個月前曾量體重63.8公斤/體脂33%,大概5月初開始減肥,因為我不喜歡
因為體重上上下下而患得患失,所以幾乎不量體重,結果今天一量只瘦1.5公
斤,雖然體脂有降滿多,但BMI還是偏高,有點灰心!雖然說多囊性卵巢
患者比一般人較不易減重,但我二十初頭時減肥效率都還滿高的,也不想用
多囊性當胖胖的理由(醫生開給我的降血糖藥我也不想吃)不知是不是因為年
紀大不好減,是否應加強運動強度?
