減不下去... - 減肥

基本資料
以下是去康是美量的:
性別:男
年齡:29
身高:178
體重:111
BMI: 35
體脂率:33
內臟脂肪:21
基礎代謝:2208
體年齡:60
參考照片:還是別拿出來嚇人...
三餐內容
早餐:火腿蛋吐司不抹沙拉or小七御飯糰+茶葉蛋1顆
午餐:水餃10粒 排骨便當 或自助餐+1碗白飯
晚餐:基本上跟午餐差不多
其他:幾乎不喝飲料 頂多是無糖綠茶或烏龍茶
日常作息時間:基本上都12點多睡 6點半至七點起床
生活型態:之前有在工作 然後辭職專心準備公務人員高考
運動習慣:住家附近有公園跟學校操場(400公尺) 通常是繞著學校走10圈
(實在跑不動...)
我的問題:其實我從小就一直就很胖 求學過程中一直是班上體重最重 .甚至最重到達133
KG 不管是在社交 還是健康都亮起紅燈...所以我下定決心一定要減肥 .. 就這樣開始
提起我那肥胖的身材 強迫我自己一定要動 就這樣一路從133降下去 最低降到102
可是之後就忽然卡住了不論怎樣 都破不了100 就這樣有點氣餒 又開始暴吃胖
回到現在111 請問板上的大大 有啥建議可以幫助我再減下去呢?謝謝
