我是用這網址去算 基礎代謝率

然後我是男性 30歲 體重是89 要減脂的話 算出來是每天最少要1962~2462大卡
我的問題是是要用標準體重去算 還是要用現在的體重來算?
因為1900大卡~2462 看起來很多 還可以吃三個便當的量 不知道這樣對不對
