三餐內容
早餐:醒來會喝大約五百CC的溫開水
1.全麥土司夾萵苣兩片+苜蓿芽+蔓越莓一把 和 無糖豆漿
2.饅頭夾蛋 和無糖豆漿
午餐:7-11 熱量控制在五到六百卡
晚餐:兩菜(通常都是高麗菜+地瓜葉或空心菜)+半碗飯
菜是外面攤販的份量
其他:會吃小點心,二至三百卡
很愛吃麵包!!偏歐式麵包由其是法國麵包
一個禮拜至少會吃上一次
只要桌上有麵包很難不去咬上幾口…囧
一天至上會喝超過一千五的開水,不愛喝飲料
日常作息時間:十二點之前睡,看什麼時候上班而定
最早六點,最晚七點或八點
生活型態:7-11上班加夜間部學生
運動習慣:在公園慢跑一圈270m
之前是跑25圈就停,大概四十至四十五分
最近則是跑滿五十分鐘,可跑27或28圈
一個禮拜最少四天,多則五或六天
因為我上的班不一定,有時上到很晚六點就得趕去上課
但如果中間有足夠的時間就會去跑,依身體狀況而定
我的問題:
慢跑至上半年以上了
從十圈十五圈二十圈二十五圈到現在可以跑到三十圈
只是體重不減反增
因為我之前吃的很少很少,被批過了,哈哈哈
現在換到7-11就恢復正常,不知道現在是不是還在溜溜球…
我是想要減到五十要不然體脂降到20也可以
我可以慢慢來,一年的時間是否可以?如果半年呢?
我也想加入重訓的行列,我在台南,有沒有女生要邀請我或指導我的m_ _m
我吹頭髮的時候都會以蹲馬步的時候照著鏡子吹要不然就是像坐椅子靠在
牆壁上吹,不知道這樣可不可以@__@
唉唉,我真的好想瘦下來ˊˋ
只是都好沮喪灰心哪…
最近早晚溫差很大,尤其是台南早上冷中午下午超級大太陽,晚上又起冷風
連我也不小心中標感冒了,現在頭暈鼻子塞喉嚨熱很不舒服
所以大家真的要注意保暖!!!
