請益漸進超負荷跟訓練量的問題 - 健身

rt之前查資料、滑yt的時候有看到
漸進超負荷和訓練量都是很重要的數據,其中前者要不斷增加次數或強度,後者每週期訓練都要比前一次多。
我的問題就來了:
假設我今天可以標準動作臥推20公斤×10四組,依照漸進式超負荷原則,我應該加重量,所以我下次訓練上了25公斤,但是25公斤我只能做×6四組
那我第一週的訓練量是20×10×4=800
第二週的訓練量是25×6×4=600
第二週的訓練雖然重量提升,但是總訓練量卻下降了,請問這樣是正確的嗎?還是我需要在第二週多做幾組還是增加動作呢?
