簡單說就是從滿身都是油的瘦子變成比較沒有油的瘦子的過程XD
跟板上的強者大大比當然還是有很大的距離,
但因為我是變重兩公斤,體脂肪大降,所以想說來分享一下:)
兩年前:
身高體重153/41
體脂肪28%
典型不運動全身是油的瘦子,
看起來很瘦,但全身都是軟啪啪,
手臂一搖肉就大晃,大腿肉走路也會甩,
就是悲劇......
兩年後:
身高體重153/43
體脂肪22.9%(上個月月經前一天測的)
骨骼肌30.5%
腰圍臀圍都小一吋

兩年前完全是又軟又塌超悲劇的大屁股。
右邊是現在算有一點點線條了。
而且是同一件褲子噢,兩年前明明體重較輕但這褲子超緊,
現在反而變得有點鬆

我兩年中吃的習慣都一樣,不是變因。
就只是從完全的不運動,
到一周上兩到三次的ashtanga瑜珈,

一次90分鐘,
雖然現在還只是第一系列幼幼班,
但強度仍然很夠。
希望暑假可以增加到四次。
結論:
體重變重又怎樣,體脂肪才是重點阿!
