想跟各位先進請益食譜 - 健身

早餐:兩片厚片吐司、咖啡加無糖豆漿、起司一片、西式香腸兩條 (固定都這樣吃)
午餐:自己煮,以蛋類一顆、豬/牛肉類約300g、青菜兩份、豆腐類為主,不吃澱粉類
晚餐:自己煮,中華涼拌豆腐一盒、青菜兩份、豆漿一杯、水果兩份
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上六點起床,八點到公司,五點下班,晚上約十一點前就寢
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族,每天至少都坐辦公室四個小時以上~~
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
之前約固定每個禮拜打籃球兩次,上禮拜開始每天在家裡踩健身腳踏車約三十分鐘,
從這禮拜開始每天加時間加到一個半小時,心跳數約110左右,大概就輕鬆踩到出汗。
另外伏地挺身約三十下。
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
小弟從上禮拜開始立志減肥,其實之前斷斷續續都有努力減肥過,無奈運動量太大,
常常減肥到一段時期的時候就會受到運動傷害,因此這次減肥想採取比較和緩的方式,
因單身獨居,想三餐全部都自己解決,聽醫生建議中晚餐避免澱粉類,然而小弟廚藝不精
只能選擇簡便好處理的食譜以解決三餐問題,想來想去豆腐是最方便的食材,然則每天
吃下肚的豆類包含豆漿至少也有個六百克上下,想請問各位先進,小弟這樣的計畫是
可行健康的嗎?另外上禮拜開始減肥,成果為瘦了2.2公斤,因為小弟個性比較急,希望
可以在不傷身體的前提下更快一點瘦下來,想請問有沒有更好的建議呢?
