早餐: 通常是起司蛋餅 + 300ml 小杯奶茶
午餐: 五菜一塊肉的便當 或
麥當勞超值午餐 或
喝茶店(700cc很好喝飲料+薯條+洋蔥圈+漢堡)
晚餐: 便當 或
小火鍋 或
簡餐店套餐 或
喝茶店(700cc很好喝飲料+薯條+洋蔥圈+漢堡)
其他:很少吃消夜了
日常作息時間: 大都凌晨12點會睡
早上都大概8點會起床
中午偶爾會睡個午覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一個禮拜大概四天會去體適能教室
30分鐘 有氧(跑步機or騎腳踏車) 心跳 130~150
30分鐘 重訓(大多訓練腹部 大腿 蝴蝶袖 臀)
我的問題:
我前兩個禮拜都維持這樣的運動量,偶爾會提高運動時間
我的體重和體脂肪都沒有減少欸>"<是我太急了嗎?
還是這樣的食量太多?!(基代1285kcal)
因為是學生 外食族不知怎麼估計食物熱量
而且我脂肪有14公斤重欸!!
要怎樣才能更快更有效率的提升基礎代謝率呢???????
我實在很想過著大口吃肉大量運動的日子
跑步機上面都會顯示消耗的熱量欸 每次我至少都有消耗200卡
(可是聽我同學說那是歡樂表..)
