先講結論:感謝今天救我兩次的帥巨巨,有你真好!人家下次不敢惹 >///<
今天在臥推增加了一點重量,因為教練覺得我有進步要開始加重了
原本是加15lb的槓片,15下做6組,練完後減少到10lb,抬腿,再15下6組
大概一週兩次,練了三個禮拜,上課時加20kg的槓片,次數和組數都有減少
今天改加30lb的槓片,12下做6組,練完後減少到20lb,抬腿,再10~12下6組
結果抬腿第5組,第8下就上不去了
人生第一次認命的慢慢往肚子滾,滾到一半,帥巨巨就來救我惹
然後抬腿第6組,想說休息夠久,到第7下都滿穩的,第8下又上不去了啊啊啊
而且往肚子方向也放不下去,結果帥巨巨又跑來救我惹
真的超怕卡到喉嚨就要上新聞了啊啊啊
請問各位怎麼判斷自己下一個做不做得起來啊?
還有,真的做不下去,要怎麼滾槓比較安全啊?
這重量滾到肚子大腿交界其實有點痛,怕會受傷
