想追求倒三角,腰的粗細可改變嗎 - 健身

大家好,
小弟目前加入健身工廠已經快四個月,
爬文後看到,脂肪分佈是天生的。
我體脂肪從28》20,肚子看得到腹肌,不過腰油還是在,雖然會繼續努力減脂。不過有些疑問。
昨天看到kosmofit跟小蘿蔔關於身材的言論,
似乎肩腰比例是天生的,我應該是1:1.....
也建議可以多練背跟三角來增加倒三角的視覺效果,可是有幾個問題想麻煩大家解惑。
1. 之前聽過長時間配戴腰帶可以控制腰圍(就是從新手就開始帶腰帶)不知道是不是真的。如果是民間傳說我很抱歉...
2. 是不是腹肌除了功能訓練,就不要特別練左右方向的腹外斜肌,甚至腹直肌都不要過度訓練,避免腰部肥大?
因為看過腹肌也是需要重量刺激,跟高次數低重量的兩種說法。
3. 如果特別想追求倒三角,是不是可每次訓練都練側三角呢?(一週5練以上)因為看過有人說側三角跟後三角是小肌群,恢復快,高頻率刺激可以有效率肌肥大,可是也看過肌肉生長是在休息日,所以不太確定訓練頻率該怎麼安排。
