171/54,而且我是男的 目的:希望增肌,健康增重
從小一直被笑甚麼骷顱頭,瘦得跟鬼一樣,外星人,紙片人之類的
而且因為太瘦造成我的脊柱有點前傾,看過T大復健科跟骨科醫生
說可以不用動手術,因為腰部沒肌肉支撐不了脊柱,就算開刀也解決不了問題
再加上牙齒跟從小有小兒腸絞症
困擾我35年
牙齒目前已經找牙醫解決
從小在家正常吃三餐兩碗飯 兩碗湯 最多到--> 170/60 BMI也在正常值範圍內
目前看到版上意見,跟爬過去的文
正常吃、多攝取肉類花椰菜等,練完喝乳清
目前計畫:
少量多餐 三餐+下午茶+消夜?
早餐麥當勞(貴或是垃圾食物?副作用)或是早餐店漢堡 35元
中餐 排骨便當(肉類)+青菜 60
下午茶(自己去7-11買甚麼肉之類的)
晚餐 (酸辣湯飯? 排骨飯?一定要有肉做支撐)
消夜 麥當勞麥香魚漢堡?(本來有考慮雞排,但是怕致癌跟身體不好?)
問題:
但是不知道乳清什麼時候喝? 人家說乳清喝多,或是甚麼賀寶芙吃多要洗腎?
我看運動中心外面有在賣,買一個啞鈴6kg 每天做腰部跟臂力訓練,但臉跟脖子會不會胖?
不知道我這樣的菜單或是飲食習慣
是否可以增到BMI極大值70-80KG嗎?
