更新之前蹲低重量的。
這樣的發力有比較正確嗎?我知道核心好像還是很不穩QQ
我抓不太到呼吸的感覺,核心訓練的話每天會作四組棒式、四組/12下死蟲,但進步速度

斷斷續續練了一小段時間,雖然之前有教練指導過深蹲,但最近覺得蹲起來有點不順。
這邊想請板上各位巨巨幫指點一下姿勢看有沒有辦法改進。
(但抱歉我是邊緣人,沒有朋友可以幫忙掌鏡,只能自己放地上錄了側面視角,不知道有
