上個月在youtube翻到「酮好」頻道
鄭匡寓 有關跑步耐力的影片
突然想起斷食醫生鼓勵跑步。
跑步對我來說真的非常要命的運動
國小、國中早上田徑隊必跑1600
每次跑沒800就用走的
但是到了當兵居然能跟上隊伍在15分跑完3000
退伍後又打回跑步苦手。
跑了四週,一週一次的跑30分鐘不算距離、不計速度
真的沒想到還真的就完成了!

幾次跑完,隔天沒鐵腿酸痛感
這種狀況讓我想起當兵時通常都是早餐前跑、前晚出公差上晚課等洗澡
早早把晚餐醣耗完,跟現在斷食+生酮跑步好像。
常跑步的人也有這方面相似感覺嗎?
另外問一下跑步雙手都撐腰跑對嗎?還是要擺手?
這樣平均速度是跑步機的幾分速呢?
