各位好
小妹162/52 目前三項成績如下
S:65kg 3~4下/B:30kg 8下/D:90kg 2下
沒測過1rm,平時深蹲落在55~60kg訓練
因為之前姿勢不良+車禍導致膝蓋有傷
雖然休息一陣子醫生說沒問題
不過之後深蹲發現右膝穩定性明顯比左膝差
深蹲等姿勢部份教練也覺得沒問題
目前也有將分腿蹲列入菜單訓練
但朋友建議可以購買護膝保護
想請問teamjoined 的深蹲護膝各位使用過的巨巨們心得~爬文幾乎都看不到什麼心得分

另外想請問teamjoined 的26吋護腕心得
或是各位有推薦的護膝及護腕也可推薦
